Chika’s One Year Anniversary Original Song Contest Announced !

Internet Co. has announced an original song contest for Chika‘s one year anniversary. The contest will begin on October 16th and end on November 16th at 5PM JST.

You must be registered with Vocalotracks in order to participate (you can do so by finding the “Yellow box” at the bottom of their websites contest page). Registrations must include your name, email address and phone number.

Contest rules:

Song:

• Audio must be in the following format: .wav file/16bit, 44.1kHz, STEREO.
• The file size must not exceed 65MB.
• Song length must be no longer than 6 minutes.
• The song name must be written in the following format: katakana or alphanumeric letters and cannot contain special symbols.
• Any music genre is acceptable.
• Lyrics must be included in the form of a .txt file.

Images:

• Thumbnail and artist image must be original artwork; copyrighted or violent images will not be accepted and will be disqualified.
• Images must be saved as a .jpg file and the image size must be 2500 × 2500 pixels/aspect ratio 1:1.

Other:

• The artist information must be written as followed: lyricist and musician names in katakana.
• Maximum of 3 entries per person.
• License holder name; these will be displayed on the Vocalotracks website as well as sites such as Amazon or iTunes.
• Anyone under the age of 20 must have a written parental consent.
