Back in 2011, Tone Rion was released for the VOCALOID 3 engine by the company “Dear Stage (MoeJapan).” A few years later, it appeared as if we were not going to get many updates on her. Now, however, it seems that she is being revived for the VOCALOID 4 engine! Not only that, but also she is being released alongside a partner by the name of “Yumemi Nemu.”
